Clinical Tools

Clinical arithmetic leaves little room for a slip, and dose, infusion and score calculations are the ones that get repeated under time pressure. These tools are built for that repetition: enter the patient values, get the figure, and check it before acting on it. They are meant to support clinical judgment, not to replace it.

Dosing is the largest group: the Amoxicillin Pediatric Dosing Calculator and the Amoxicillin Dose Calculator, the Semaglutide Dosing Calculator, opioid and morphine equivalent calculators, and syringe and mixing tools for injectable medicines. Kidney function is covered by the eGFR Calculator, using the CKD-EPI 2021 estimate.

Scores and rates complete the set: the Centor Score Calculator, the NIHSS Calculator and the RCRI Calculator for risk and assessment, plus the Drip Rate Calculator, the IV Rate Calculator and wound surface area. The audience here is clinicians and students rather than general readers, and the tools assume the user already knows what the result will be used for.
