1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Incomplete notices may not receive a response or may take longer to process.

3. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the notice for completeness and validity.

  • Make reasonable efforts to notify the party responsible for posting the material, if applicable.

We reserve the right to remove content that we believe, in good faith, infringes the copyright of others, even without a formal DMCA notice.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted or that is attributed to you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the Site before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the material after a reasonable waiting period, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to take appropriate action against users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, including removal of content and, where applicable, restriction of access to the Site.
