Taco Bell Calculator

Published onMay 7, 2026 Updated onOctober 25, 2026 12:49 pm

Ordering for yourself or the whole table and want the damage report before you reach the counter? The Taco Bell Calculator estimates your order total with tax and the total calories and macros, in one click. Pick a menu item, set the quantity, add a drink if you want one, enter your local tax rate, and the tool shows the subtotal, the tax, the total, and the calorie and macro counts.

This is an independent planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Taco Bell Corp. Menu nutrition figures below are published nutrition figures sourced from Taco Bell data via the compilations cited in References, checked October 24, 2026, and the tool now totals protein, carbohydrates, fat and sodium as well as calories. Prices are planning estimates: actual prices vary by location and change often, so confirm the current menu in the Taco Bell app or at the counter before ordering.

Quick Answer

Two Crunchwrap Supremes plus a Pepsi 30 oz at 8% tax comes to $13.47, 1,440 calories, 30g protein, 249g carbs, 40g fat and 2,520mg sodium. The math: subtotal ($4.99 × 2 + $2.49 = $12.47), tax ($12.47 × 8% = $1.00), total ($12.47 + $1.00 = $13.47); calories (530 × 2 + 380 = 1,440); protein (15 × 2 = 30g); carbs (73 × 2 + 103 = 249g); fat (20 × 2 = 40g); sodium (1,220 × 2 + 80 = 2,520mg). The drink price and its nutrition are added once per order, while the food item multiplies by the quantity.

Key takeaways

  • The tool estimates subtotal, tax, total cost, total calories, and totals for protein, carbs, fat and sodium from published nutrition figures sourced from Taco Bell data via the compilations cited in References.
  • Tax is subtotal × your rate ÷ 100, so the answer follows whatever local rate you enter.
  • The drink is added once per order; only the food item scales with quantity.
  • Nutrition figures are published figures sourced from Taco Bell data via the compilations cited in References, checked October 24, 2026; prices are planning estimates. Verify in the Taco Bell app before ordering.
  • Independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Taco Bell Corp.

How to use the Taco Bell calculator

Pick your menu item, set the quantity, optionally add a drink, enter your local tax rate, and press Calculate. The estimate appears instantly.

  1. Choose the menu item. Each of the ten options carries a planning-estimate price and published nutrition figures (calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium).
  2. Set the quantity. Ordering for two? The food price and calories both scale with this number.
  3. Add a drink, or skip it. The drink’s price and nutrition join the order exactly once.
  4. Enter your tax rate. Prepared-food sales tax differs by city and state; type the percent as a plain number (8, not 0.08).
  5. Press Calculate. The box shows Total Cost first, then the subtotal, tax, total, and calorie and macro breakdown.

Menu prices and nutrition in the tool

The table below lists every item the tool can price, with the planning-estimate price and the published nutrition figures the calculator uses. Nutrition figures are published figures sourced from Taco Bell data via the compilations cited in References, checked October 24, 2026. Chalupa Supreme (beef) figures are taken from the official Taco Bell nutrition document (Last Updated October 22, 2026). Restaurant prices move often, so treat the tool as a budget planner, not a price guarantee. Two labels changed in this refresh so every row names a defined menu item: the old undefined “Quesadilla” is now Cheese Quesadilla, and the old undefined “Nachos” is now Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce. Burrito Supreme, Chalupa Supreme and Soft Taco use the beef versions, the standard build for those items.

Drinks: Pepsi 20 oz $1.99 (250 cal, 69g carbs, 50mg sodium), Pepsi 30 oz $2.49 (380 cal, 103g carbs, 80mg sodium), MTN DEW Baja Blast 20 oz $2.99 (280 cal, 74g carbs, 80mg sodium). Fountain drinks carry no protein or fat. The old figures are gone for good reason: the previous table said Chicken Quesadilla was 190 calories when the published figure is 510, Cheesy Gordita Crunch was 170 when the published figure is 490, and Mexican Pizza was 920 when the published figure is 530. If you want the full allergen picture, Taco Bell publishes official nutrition and allergen information on its own site, linked in the references.

The math behind the estimate

The tool applies eight fixed steps, all to two decimal places for money and whole numbers for calories and macros.

  • Subtotal = item price × quantity + drink price.
  • Tax = subtotal × tax rate ÷ 100.
  • Total = subtotal + tax.
  • Total calories = item calories × quantity + drink calories.
  • Total protein, fat, carbs and sodium = item figure × quantity + drink figure, each summed the same way.

Two honest quirks worth knowing. First, the drink is a per-order add-on: ordering three Crunchwraps with a Pepsi 30 oz multiplies the food by three but adds the drink once. Second, the tool now validates its inputs: a blank or invalid quantity or tax rate shows an error message instead of a NaN result; enter real numbers in every field. Comparing value across items on a cost-per-calorie basis? Our calorie cost calculator does exactly that division.

What competing nutrition tools miss

The big Taco Bell nutrition databases do one thing well and skip another. A leading independent nutrition calculator tracks 527 Taco Bell items with full macros (protein, fat, carbs, sodium) from official data, and 2026 menu sites keep reference prices current. Neither answers the question this page answers: what will the order cost with tax, right now, in one click. This page now closes the macro gap for its ten items: it totals the same five nutrition figures the databases carry, and adds the taxed total they never compute.

This page: price + tax + calories + macros

One order, one click: subtotal, tax at your rate, total, calories, protein, carbs, fat and sodium. The winning move is the money math nobody else bundles with the macros.

Full nutrition databases

Hundreds of items with protein, fat, carbs, and sodium per serving. Best for: macro tracking. They do not compute your taxed total.

Menu price sites

Current 2026 reference prices and calories per item. Best for: checking whether a price moved. They are tables, not calculators.

The FDA’s menu labeling rule is why the calorie half of this tool is trustworthy in concept: chains with 20 or more locations must post calories for standard menu items, as the FDA’s Calories on the Menu guidance explains. The price half is the estimate; the calorie half is the regulated number. If you eat at other chains too, our KFC calories calculator and CAVA calorie calculator cover those menus, and the pizza calculator handles group orders by the slice.

Frequently asked questions

Eight things for one order: the subtotal, the tax at your local rate, the total cost, the total calories, and totals for protein, carbs, fat and sodium. Pick one of ten menu items, set the quantity, optionally add a drink, enter your tax rate, and press Calculate.

Tax equals subtotal × tax rate ÷ 100. For the worked example, the $12.47 subtotal at 8% gives $1.00 of tax, so the total is $13.47. Enter your rate as a plain number (8, not 0.08); the answer follows whatever local rate you type.

The tool treats the drink as a per-order add-on: three Crunchwraps with a Pepsi 30 oz multiplies the food by three and adds the $2.49 drink once. That matches how most people order one drink alongside several items, and it is how the live tool has always behaved.

Prices are planning estimates checked October 24, 2026, not live prices: restaurant prices vary by location and change often, so confirm the current menu in the Taco Bell app or at the counter before ordering. The nutrition figures are different: they are published figures sourced from Taco Bell data via the compilations cited in References, refreshed in this update, so the calories and macros no longer carry the old errors (Chicken Quesadilla 190, Cheesy Gordita Crunch 170, Mexican Pizza 920).

Yes, now it does. The tool totals calories, protein, carbs, fat and sodium from published nutrition figures sourced from Taco Bell data via the compilations cited in References. For allergens, use Taco Bell’s nutrition and allergen information, linked in the references below.

No. This is an independent planning tool built from public menu data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Taco Bell Corp.
